Their genuine interest for their clientele is evident in every interaction. Their agents are friendly, accommodating, and willing to go above and beyond to ensure customer pleasure. Finding an insurance business that prioritizes its customers over its bottom line is rare.
All the requests were done on time, however, when calling their main number the lady that answers the phone is not nice at all. If she does not want to deal with people she should not be working there. I was extremely nice even when she was being rude and she ended up hanging up while I was talking. If I have a client using this company again I will surely recommend them not to, I do not want to deal with rudeness when we are supposed to want the same thing.. provide good service for all clients.
They are super helpful and reliable. They know what they are doing and get you the best deals they can on insurance. They work with your needs.
Since it's been sold to FB insurance, it's way understaffed and unbelievably unreliable. Sorry just my experience
