John Dillon completely takes advantage of families who are desperate. THIS IS A SCAM. My home was destroyed during Hurricane Helene and he did absolutely nothing. He filed the initial claim and stopped communication immediately after. He will pretend like he is working for you just to prevent any lawsuits, but he doesn’t do anything. He claims on an ongoing basis that he is in communication with your insurance company, however is never able to provide proof or answers, and should not be trusted. The initial visit he will assure you he knows what he is doing and will take care of you but your experience will be far from that. STAY FAR AWAY.
