Jeff Snyder came to our house when we were shopping for a new company for our house a few years ago, and when he arrived I kept thinking… I know him! I then realized he was the Greene’s former Tenor singer. Jeff is someone I’ve always highly respected and the funny part is I didn’t know he’d went on to be an insurance man at the time. He is very professional, calm and makes you feel comfortable with all your needs. They will work with you. Answer any questions you have and there is NO looking down upon you. You will NOT be wasting your time here. The staff is great people that’ll treat you like Family an you will always leave having a peace of mind knowing that if you need Jeff he is always there and ready to go.

Great customer service. Very up front on pricing and coverage. Nothing has ever been hidden. No fine print. Jeff Snyder is very professional and you leave his office with a lot of peace of mind knowing that if you need him, he's there. I had a trailer insured with this company. Reported stolen on a Saturday evening. Shot Jeff a text to let him know. Pushed up accident report on the following Monday, ton it straight to him. I want expecting a check that day but he had mean check within 15min. That made me feel 100% a lot better about having insurance with them because they held up their end of the deal with no questions asked.

Carol is an amazing and compassionate person who sticks with her clients no matter what. During a dark time when Wells Fargo home insurance kept cancelling our insurance through Farmers Mutual, their plan failed thinking that Farmers Mutual would drop us because of all the harrassment Wells Fargo was causing them. Carol stuck with us and did everything they wanted, which was over the top, she never waivered, Carol, I wanted to thank you so much for helping us keep our house, you are an amazing person and deserve appreciation for who you are, you genuinely care about the people you deal with and have proven to even the large companies that you WON"T BACK DOWN

My Mother Has Used This Agency Since 1980 On Her House. Now I Have The House And Still Use Farmer's Mutual. It's So Hard To Get Insurance On Yr Home When It's 124yrs Old And Considered In A High Crime Area! That Makes Yr Premium So High It's Hard To Afford Home Owners Insurance. For Example When U Are Involved In A Car Accident or A Speeding Ticket Guess what? Yr Premium's Goes Up! I Checked With Many Other Agencies And What They Wanted Was Insane Amount Of Money For The Exact Same Policy. I'm So Thankful For This Agency And The Affordable Rates And Coverage They Offer For Their Community! Thank U Carol For Being So Humble And Kind And Working With My Family All These Year's! 💜

Carol gets the job done . My mortgage company tried to attach an escrow account on my home mortgage because they didn’t process my home’s hazard insurance. Carol kept sending my information to them until one day she finally called and sent the fax and emailed them all at once then finally they got my insurance.
