I recently had to file a accident claim. I always dread due to past experiences. But let me tell you this time was totally different. I called into the office and how lucky I was !! Sara answered the phone and was very nice asked what she could help or assist me with today. I explained to her the situation and that I needed to file a claim. What a breeze it was, she replied we'll get that taken care of not a problem. With in a matter of 10 mins or so it was done. The claim was filed and had a email waiting on me, she told me the adjuster would call me and that was it. 10/10 recommend if you need anything call the Jonesborough branch and ask for Sara. You can thank me later !!
