unbelievable service? I called to ask about Home insurance& 3 other policies,but I guess Katelyn couldn't handle it?I had to call 3 times to get her attention.? still no call back..I can't understand how she& her so call boss (Veronica) couldn't call back?? she had a price,but she had to check because my car show no insurance? we have had insurance on our,business,cars,home for over 10 yrs...unless your " Croatian" maybe they cam help you. Farmers Insurance "have their Agents with very little Experience pertaining they care about new customers?..We Are diffently go someone else..." Be Careful about this office...
