I would not recommend working with Michael Sylvester. I was contacted about my policy and requested information to be sent to me via email which Michael failed to be do. I have been dealing with health complications over the past few weeks has made keeping up with things challenging, instead of expressing compassion, Micheal decided to start yelling at me over the phone because I was asking for clarification on a phone call that was not provided to me the week before when we initially spoke. He got even more frustrated when I stated I will not be talked to like this and I will call Erie Insurance. Micheal kept trying to push a different policy on the phone instead of just explaining the facts of the situation and being direct. You can be direct with someone and lead with compassion. Lind
