This agent is very irresponsible. He did not return my phone calls and does not respond to emails. I have no idea why he chose to open an insurance business and then decided to ignore his clients. I am in the process of filing a complaint with the Farmers Insurance district office.
Worst experience ever. I've tried canceling my insurance for over a month now. I have been trying to get my money back. and they will not give it back. I have been trying to contact them and every time I bring up my money they ignore me. They don't care about their customers if you are a first-time Insurance buyer I do not recommend them if anything stay away from them
