This company has been so extremely helpful when it comes to my auto insurance. I specifically am so grateful for the agents Sophia and Angie. I always get reminder calls so i don’t forget to pay my bill and they always notify me right away of any changes. They are the sweetest girls and i’m beyond happy to be a customer of this company. Also special thank you to Manny because he got me my auto policy in the first place. 10/10 recommend this broker company!!!!!!

I had this insurance company and never needed to file a claim. I needed to add a car that I bought which was only $15,000. When I checked my policy online they raised it from $228 to $400 a month for 300/100 coverage. I called to figure out why the huge increase. I spoke to Manny, a very rude and inconsiderate person. I asked him to lower my coverage so I could afford it as the increase was very unreasonable. Manny informed me that they had re-added a previous accident that was dropped over a year ago. I told him it must be a mistake since enough time had gone by that it was dropped and I'd been paying over a year on the reduced rate. I also told him I'm a senior on Social Security but I also have a job where I make only $19,000 a year and I can't possibly afford $5000 a year insurance. Ma

This is the worst insurance company I have ever been with George who is supposedly the manager speaks very immaturely and doesn't follow through on customers issues I had a claim and he was supposed to check it out he blamed me for him having the wrong number I don't know I can't wait to get out of this insurance company they don't know what the hell they're doing they're supposed to be there to help clients instead expect the clients to do the work and they never call back
