Farmers Insurance - Tracy Ellis

I was told my policy would be $52 a month because of the job i work at. After that month i was charged $86. I called to have them correct it. They said they fixed it. The next month, i was charged $86 again. I called again. They said the fixed it again and they said “we dont know why it changed”. Then this month they charged me $172. Not one single time was my policy $52 with my employee discount. I was improperly charged an extra $240 total. I called again. The representative told me the policy increased. I was never notified about any increase or given the option to change my policy before any increase. Then he told me they cannot refund me the extra $240 i was charged and cannot give me a credit for it either. I had him cancel the policy about 15 minutes ago. I will have my bank dispute
