I was extremely happy working with Ms. Latauria Pigeon, Sales Agent Specialist. She was very patient and helpful to me with getting my insurance coverage for my vehicle. She was able to provide me with ways to save money for my insurance and also she insured I had all paperwork that was needed. I have auto insurance with Direct. Last night I was left stranded on the side of the highway. Roadside assistance scheduled me a tow to get me home which was included in my policy. No towing provider ever came to get me. Had it not been for a highway patrol man sending someone else I would’ve never gotten home. I also had to pay for my own tow ($260) which they are telling me I can’t get back until Monday. This was so inconsiderate and unprofessional.

I called! The lady that helped me her name is Jermia! SHE WAS AWESOME! I FELT RELIEVED!
