Absolutely the best experience!! Tony is very personable and honest. He really works to get you exactly what you need. I just bought a new vehicle over the weekend, and they were on the phone with me first thing Monday morning to help me adjust my coverage over. I had plenty of questions especially as the insurance industry evolves over time, and Tony spent the time to give me really thoughtful answers. Really happy to do business with their team and will highly recommend to friends and family going forward. Bonus shout out to Sarah for her great assistance!

Never thought I'd do a 5 star review of an insurance company, but Tony Schmitz is awesome! He is a very honest professional who helped me save a lot on home and auto insurance. Dotty is absolutely a gem, she is so hard working and pleasant to deal with. She went out of her way to take extra steps to get my car fixed right before my rental was up. A++++++

The following is no fault of the agency. Farmers insurance which is a carrier that Schmidtz agency offers, has just denied my dad coverage for homeowners insurance. My dad is a 94-year-old war veteran with perfect credit that was denied coverage simply because he had an $800 claim with another insurance company over 2 years ago. How pathetic. Farmers will never get our business.

Tony is amazing. He is professional, courteous, and respectful. He responds promptly and is always thinking about how to offer the best value for our current and long-term needs. Hands down the best insurance experience to be found anywhere!
