Hi have been with Tom and his team for over 12 years. They never fail to impress as I keep adding more and more items under their umbrella. Today, I added insurance on the fly for my son's motorcycle and it took less than 5 minutes. Kay is always awesome. I appreciate your service and your care Tom & Team.

SHOP AROUND PEOPLE! And frequently! I thought I was getting the best rate because I was a longtime customer. I kept getting roped in via scare tactics and old-school sales methods claiming I’d lose all benefits and discounts. I switched over to another reputable company after doing some shopping and ended up saving over 60% with better coverage. Additionally, the last ditch effort to keep me as a customer by defaming/slandering the other company was quite pitiful.

I really do not enjoy leaving negative reviews, but I want others to be warned about my personal experience with this agency. I have been with this agency for 3+ years. The service I received up until recently has been great, but unfortunately the lack of communication over the last 2+ months has completely wiped any good standing they had with me. Back in the beginning of August 2020 I reached out and spoke directly with Tom regarding our rates, because they had skyrocketed over the last few renewals. My spouse does have one accident on their record but it was going to be dropping off their driving record so I wanted to see if there was anything we could do to reevaluate our rates. Although the insurance through Farmers more than met our expectations, we were disconcerted when Tom Heinonen entered our home not wearing a mask. When asked if he had been fully vaccinated against the Covid19 virus, he told us no. We then moved our meeting out to our back porch which was mostly outdoors. I believe during this time of the pandemic your agents need to be masked up whether or not they have been vaccinated. It's the smart and respectful thing to do!
