Farmers has been handling my and my extended family's policies for years, and I’ve always been impressed with their service and responsiveness—especially in emergencies. Whether it’s car issues, pipe bursts, vehicle purchases, or policy changes, they are always eager and ready to help. Steve, Josh, Ellery, and the entire team are fantastic to work with. It’s rare these days to see someone as young as Ellery so knowledgeable and committed to excellent customer service!

It's challenging to find providers who are not only responsive, but highly proactive in finding the best coverage at a reasonable cost that meets our needs. In addition, we have always had full confidence that the Heinonen team will be there quickly when needed. That confidence was solidified during a storm a few years ago when the team contacted us to see if we were OK, quickly initiated the claim process, and recommended choices of qualified contractors.
