Farmers Insurance - Stewart Holley

Stewart and his staff are very friendly. When I was looking for new insurance for my home, cars and business I reached out to Farmers in Newton. Stewart invited me to his office and went over each policy in detail. He truly cares about what you need and went above and beyond to make sure I had all the information. I was very pleased to do the process in person. I highly recommend him and anyone would be luck to have him as your agent!!

I have been very impressed with Stewart and his staff. They are very responsive and friendly. I’ve come to him numerous times with different questions and requests and he always takes the time to discuss my options and recommend what is best for my family and I ( even if that means missing out on a sale of a policy !!) I trust him implicitly and recommend his services!

I absolutely love Farmers Insurance Company. This agent had one of the best Workers I’ve ever had the pleasure of dealing with. Rosa was her name she’s no longer at this office. I tried to reach out to the agent for the last two weeks was told he would call me back. I called again and he was so nasty and rude. I called Farmers and requested a new agent. I told this agent that was my intention and he told me you know what lady go ahead and hung up on me. Not the way to handle your business especially when you need to rely on the public to get a paycheck. I have a new agent everything will be sent in a few days. No one should have to tolerate a rude person’s attitude. I don’t understand why people have to be nasty. Again I love this company so I will forever be part of Farmers insurance just
