Police Will Arrive To Watch You From There Vehicle. Maybe 1 min More Would’ve Been Reason For Questioning(s). Strange….

the worst the never answer your call,or return it,email them the take forever to get back to you,sent them all the information 3 times always claiming the didnt receive it ,i guess they hope you give up ,100 percent there fd fault teaneck fd hit my parked car, me and my insurance company have to pay the bill ,while they haven't paid a dime

This company is the worst. They confuse your claim with other claims. They require continuous follow-ups to get a response. They can't provide a time frame more specific than "in the future." They can't write a coherent, or even a clear, sentence. They don't read what you write. They constantly change the parameters of what documentation they need. And, above all, Theresa, the manager, is just plain nasty. She explicitly said she won't do a call.
