I would give less than a 1 star but it's not an option. I also never leave negative reviews so that should be very telling as this is my first. I had renters ins for a rental in West Seattle. I transferred that to my condo that I bought in Tukwila, or at least that is what I thought as I paid for almost 2 years on the policy but they had never switched it over from the rental. Once I caught the mistake more errors kept happening. They had different homes on my policy and everytime I sent an email requesting a correction they would say it was fixed. It never was. I was only refunded 1 year of payments but clearly was owed more than that. Than they send me to collections after they send me notices that stated this is the last notice and your policy will be terminated. I was like OK.. but th

Jose is extremely knowledge and attentive. You will always get the best service available from him on any situation. I would recommend him to my closest friends and family members.
