Lori is trash. Doesn’t give a crap about the customer. Want to talk to anyone talk to Debra. Leaving after being a customer over 10 years. Clearly loyalty doesn’t matter for them just money. One an accident happens they always look for the cheapest option.

Destinee Nelons is a wonderful agent. She went above and beyond to find what would work for me & find savings. I'm actually paying $40 less than what I previously paid with another agency. She wasn't just interested in gaining clientele, but she was genuinely concerned and took out time to just have a normal conversation about life. She's really nice & very knowledgeable of her job, which is always a plus. She has all the qualities listed above and more. Very happy with choosing State Farm.
