Farmers Insurance - Roy Palacios

Stay away from Roy, he will not help represent you to farmers and plays like he does not know what your talking about with emails sent. He let our policy get canceled and never notified us till we filed a claim. Worst broker I have ever dealt with and I work with insurance brokers everyday.

If you want to be ripped off, this is the place to go. Roy & Kim have been at this for at least 20 years. There are other people who pride themselves on honesty!

Unfortunately, I ordered an evidence of insurance that I needed within their "3day turnaround" time frame and the only option was to pay a $75 "rush" fee. So if you would like to take advantage of the free service they offer, make sure to order well in advance to avoid bad customer service over the phone, as they don't offer anything quicker than 3days unless you pay the additional fee.

I always have such good experience at this branch. I can hear their smiles through the phone. This kind of professionalism is much needed and very refreshing. They are honest and down to earth. 10/10 would recommend.
