This place is a complete joke. Waited over 2 months for a quote. Took all of my information and after over 10 phone calls of more information and lies about more insurance companies coming on with them they never called back. Don't waste your time with this company because they will lie to you. Even got to the point where they told me to wait until after my renewal date and they'll have a quote for me. I ended up getting a quote from every insurance company in California before even hearing and every other company didn't even take more than 2 weeks. Here it is almost month 3 and nothing. I took my business elsewhere. This was by far the worst experience I've had with any insurance company and I've been in business over 9 years. Been with Mark at this location for over 30 years. Other rollback owner paying more than twice what I’m paying. Pays to not have any claims but it only works here at sea crest insurance.

Don’t even try to call them because they will never answer your calls then they get all your information and they never get back to you. They’re so unprofessional I don’t understand. How are they doing business in Orange County? Horrible horrible horrible
