Farmers Insurance - Robert Stroud

The service in this office has gone downhill. Been working with Robert for the past 7 years and I cannot get him on the phone to clarify a question that could cost me thousands of dollars. Art and Leslie provided terrible customer service and I am so disappointed Ted that Robert has allowed the office service to get this bad.

I had service with the previous owner of this office for 20 years. He was wonderful but sold the office when he retired. It has been a less than satisfactory change. When Mr Stroud discovered an error in my account he promised me a telephone call with an answer within 2 days. He emphasized this and repeated it 4 or 5 times. After a month I went back in to the office to ask about it. Mr Stroud was unavailable and the receptionist wrote a message. That was 2 weeks ago. Still getting " customer no service". I would definitely not recommend this office. I personally brought the previous owner several clients.

Rob Stroud has been my auto insurance provider for years. This year I purchased my first home and Rob bundled my plans together. He is very knowledgeable and friendly. Rob always seems to answer whenever I have a question. You will not find better customer service around. Rob is the best of the best! He is dedicated to all his clients and personally reviews their options and policies with them when needed. He has exceeded our expectations for all our insurance needs.
