Ricardo is a very responsive, dependable, and kind insurance agent. He consistently replies to email requests within a day, and returns phone calls day of if he doesn’t answer the ringing (usually does). I recommend him to anyone who is looking for a reliable insurance agent, especially if you’re a new policy holder navigating the title for the first time!

We have been getting spam emails and regular mail letters of insurance quote denials from this person when we have never heard of or requested a quote from. We have reported this person to the California Department of Insurance.

From the beginning Ricardo was very responsive, discussing all the different options available in the policy and how is will benefit me. He is very personal and made sure I understand the policy. Pricing is great! He took his time to make sure to apply all possible discounts! He followed up when promised to keep me updated on my requests! Definitely recommend him. 10/10.
