Farmers Insurance - Rennie Chan (MBA)

As a current Farmer’s Insurance customer, I knew exactly where to go when the nearby gas station restroom was deemed out of order. I walked in slowly and saw no receptionist, before quietly walking near one of the offices from a distance in order not to startle anyone. A gentleman (who i assume is Mr. Chan) sitting at his desk asked me what I needed and I answered, telling him I would be very quick. “Who even are you?! What are you doing in here?!” was his response. I then apologized for walking by the reception desk, however it was an emergency and I did not see a receptionist. He then told me “Get out! Get out of here, I don’t want you here!”. Now I’m aware insurance companies operate on their own, but what this gentleman did not know is that I am relocating to a nearby neighborhood from
