Switched insurance to here about 6 months ago, and have been very pleased with them. Customer service has been great and very easy to work with. Will continue to recommend to friends and family!

This agent only represents Farmers so after a substantial increase in annual premiums for home, auto, and business auto, I needed to shop around. I found similar coverage for much less money so cancelled all Farmers policies and asked for pro-rated refunds of premiums. Despite using this Farmers agent (and his dad) for 34 years, no "sorry to see you go, your check is in the mail" communication received. Gee thanks, Nick.

Hiked up our rates 30% with no explanation. Only solution provided when called was to have both drivers use an app that tracks your location at all times for a 5% discount. Took 3 business days for that response. Definition of the runaround.
