Farmers Insurance - Minh Do

Called the number to get a quote. Instead of answering the phone as a business, it was answered “hello” without anything to do with Farmers. He then asked me what business I’m in, which has zero to do with my auto insurance. Very suspicious, and made it seem like a scam.

I always receive excellent customer service when I call State Farm. Nam Doan (Customer Representative ) was extremely helpful with my new car insurance. His work was excellent, and he took great care in explaining the prices of the various insurances and their coverages, as well as all of the discounts I received for the new policy.

Needed a quote to compare to my current auto insurance, so I was referred to Jason. He was easy to get in contact with & was able to answer all of my questions quickly. Very professional & straight forward.

Needed a qoute to beat my original policy and he was on it, Didn't give up or get frustrated with me, he called back the next day after looking and looking all yesterday and gave me a wonderful qoute. He was very professional and sweet !!
