Farmers Insurance - Milan Merchant

I had got home insurance from Milan Merchant while closing my mortgage as my loan officer suggested them. But then I found another farmers agent who gave be better Auto and Home insurance bundle so I transferred to them. The new agent internally transferred my home insurance from Milan to their agency. Later when I refinancing my mortgage Agent Sona from Milan called me and was very rude and said I can't move my insurance from them to another agent. I tried explaining to her calmly that the other agent gave me better auto and home bundle so I went with them. But this agent was very rude and she cut the phone. If you planning to get insurance from Milan be very careful.

Milan and his team have been wonderful to work with. They are thorough, quick and educate in a manner where you feel comfortable asking any question! Milan always has a positive attitude and goes above and beyond! We've used his team for multiple purchases and have had nothing but positive experiences! I highly recommend him and his team!! You won't regret it!
