Been with Farmers for a long time. When I was young and starting out no one would insure me. My agent at that time was kind, respectful and put together a policy that fit my budget. Ridley insurance carried on that level of service through the years, always prompt, and knowledgeable communication. If I was going to have to make a claim I got sage advice on how to do that, if I had policy questions they are always answered. So recently I reached out to Luis to see if I could get better rates, and I did better than I could have switching. I am so excited to save money while getting the excellent service. BTW, when you do make a claim they are friendly, thorough and fast to pay....which is the whole point for having insurance.
