Farmers Insurance - Mickey Manley II

These guys are wonderful to work with. Not only do they not push things on you that you don't need, they help identify any shortcomings in coverage or money saving opportunities for you. I am extremely impressed with the honesty and integrity that they show every time I have interfaced with them over the last 18 years. Good people, incredibly knowledgeable and I truly feel like they want to help me and my family. Highly recommend!

I've been with Farmers (Mickey) for 15+ years they've miss spelled my name on my insurance card for majority of that time. I moved 3 years ago and they still have not updated my address. This causes problems when getting pulled over, at the DMV, etc. After asking Mickey twice this week to update this information with no actions being taken I had to finally switch insurance companies. He responded to my emails but didn't acknowledge my requests. In the past we've asked to have me insured on my car but instead they would insure my dad on my car. Stuff like that happened all the time. I should have switched years ago.
