I have had issues with Mike Beuke not sending statements to mortgage company, not paying my premium for the insurance in a timely matter when it is due although it was paid by my bank on time and now that I switched to another agent, it is still not canceled and I have had bank withdrawals from my account for past 4 months since it was supposed to be canceled !!!! Bad with taking care of paperwork! Huge headache to deal with!
After having home insurance for 20 years, it was cancelled because Mr. Beuke did not take photos as directed by the policy holder, even though I tried to remedy his error by following up with multiple phone calls, which he did not have the courtesy to follow through with. Bad experience.
He is very helpful and professional.
