Sarah Vogeler is absolutely amazing, made setting up and canceling my insurance so easy. She answered all of my questions and emails in a timely manner and overall made my experience so much better. Troy itself has always been great to me. The office is always clean and the staff is very nice.

Stepping into the role of a new business owner, the members of Troy Insurance have been wonderful to work with. They are prompt in their service and willing to help walk you through every step along the way. You can tell they care about the people they serve.

Derek not only helped me save a lot of money by switching both my personal and business insurance to Troy, I now also have better coverage as well!

Edited from a 4 to a one in a few weeks. Won't be back and/or recommend. I knew I shouldn't have done my review before it was completed. Anyway. No phone call, no email, no notification by text. No anything.
