my mom has been with farmers for more than 40 years. yes theyre expenssive but they take care of their customers.

This location does not hold their employees accountable for the misinformation they give. They only want your money and don’t care about their customers. I was given wrong information about how to go about a bill that I had after I no longer had farmers as an insurance. the girl at the time gave me the wrong information so I believed I didn’t have to worry about the bill anymore then I get a collection notice almost a year later for that bill. Never got an email response to let me know that i still owed that. Today when I call at first they couldn’t find the notes that I ever spoke with anyone and was being treated like I was lying because they couldn’t find the notes. Once they found the notes they chose to only acknowledge the notes that where beneficial to them and disregard the misinfo
