Lien is an amazing agent! I have worked with several agents within Farmers, and I have to say this woman goes above and beyond for her clients! I have never seen someone care so much about her clients! She takes your insurance needs personally, and so does her her team! They are all fabulous. I still have my policies with her, and don't intend on changing that. I would recommend her to ANYONE and EVERYONE!

The customer service here is awesome. When I had a question it was answered very promptly. Beto is very friendly and he listened and over all his customer service was superb! My work schedule is crazy and he found time to help me, I had an excellent experience :)
