I cannot say enough wonderful things about Laurel and Nate at Farmers with our homeowners, life, car, umbrella insurance. They were incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, and went above and beyond to find the best coverage for our needs. Their attention to detail and willingness to explain policy nuances made the entire process seamless. I highly recommend them for their professionalism and excellent customer service.

I love these guys. Nate is the best agent I have ever had. He can be hard to get a hold of sometimes but once you get him on the line, he spends as much time with you as is necessary. He explains everything in detail, answers all my questions, even the annoying ones, and really goes above and beyond to make sure I'm getting the best rates and coverage. I never feel rushed or brushed off. He always gets me the best coverage possible and makes sure that I have all the coverage I need, even the things I don't realize I need. I came from a different insurance broker before him. When I switched he realized I was extremely underinsured on my replacement costs for my house and my car. Thank goodness I haven't needed it, but can you imagine if I did and found out too late I didn't have the coverag
