I would highly recommend this State Farm Insurance agent. My account manager is Lauren Abbott, who before signing up, explained all the details to me and was very transparent. This is a local agent (Tomball area) with a great team in the office. Response to questions is quick and explicit. I would especially like to recognize one Gabriela Lee from the office staff who answers any questions I have quickly and concisely. I always deal locally when I can because the service is much better.

My drive safe beacon had stopped recording my trips. When I got to the office today I had the pleasure of meeting Cheyann. She happily went to work & narrowed down the issue to the beacon's battery. She graciously removed the old beacon & installed the new one. She was a joy to work with both professional & friendly. I let her know she was a great ambassador for Caley Baillio's State Farm office. We have always had excellent customer service with Caley's office & would highly recommend them.

I have had exceptional service from her team. I also want to thank Cheyanne for her Knowledge of the required changes to my auto insurance and providing the temporary card and binder within minutes of ending our call.
