I have nothing but the highest praise for this insurance agent Kraig Heiland and his partner Tina. I have had him for many years. He has become my friend. He treats everyone equally. You can always get what you need done quickly and efficiently. Everyone I talk to has nothing but respect for his agency. We need more people like him.

Kraig is a true professional. His staff is very well trained and always friendly. Over the years I have had various insurance needs and they have always fulfilled them.

Every time Kraig has reviewed our coverage, he's keyed in on any changes that we could make to allow us to get the same or better coverage for less. My financial advisor offered to have an associate review our insurance coverage, and the reviewer said we had adequate and appropriate coverage for everything, and the rates were very competitive. We recently purchased a new car, then sold the oldest car two weeks later. Kraig was able to update our coverage on both occasions with just a short phone call. Kraig does at times send an email asking for feedback from a 'no-reply' address. I've missed the link more than once and replied to the message so the reply got discarded.
