Had an absolute amazing experience today with Karyme. This was my first time ever using Adriana’s Insurance and I was completely beyond impressed how above and beyond she went to provide me with everything I needed. I was already extremely exhausted and stressed having to search for insurances but Karyme was so helpful. She is exactly what every single person needs when it comes to real, authentic genuine customer service. Thank you for being so quick, helpful, and patient. You really went far beyond what I could have asked for today. It was such a weight off my shoulders. I will definitely be referring everyone over because of this. Thank you!

Honestly, I love being with Adriana's insurance for car insurance. I've gotten messed over in the past with other auto insurance companies, but Adrianas is different. My sales advisor is karyme in the escondido location and she is amazing. She makes sure that she helps you to throughly understand what it is that youre getting out of it. She goes out of her way to help you with all questions and concerns and she is dedicated to her clients. If all of Adriana's agents are anything like karyme, then I can see why Adriana's blew up to be as big as it is now. They make sure that their agents really know their stuff and are dedicated to helping you. I am very appreciative and I am very grateful to have them.

Estela Cortez was extremely helpful and insightful throughout the process of getting my car insurance. She took the time to explain my options clearly and made everything easy and stress-free. I really appreciated her professionalism and guidance, and I highly recommend working with her.

Got a policy today with agent David but the agent put another car on it, instead of the one I called for. I call and message the agent and no reply. Of course they already charged me before I even signed. And after over an hour of back and forth with customer service and agents, no one could help. Only the agent who opened it can change the policy, but guess who wont answer. I plan on resolving this by canceling the policy, but good God, never again. Worst experience with opening a policy ever.
