Refused to offer insurance because of past claims on a house that I was trying to buy. I had no control over those claims. Other agencies didn't have a problem writing a policy.
The lady answering phone and the agent I talked to several times was so very nice , VERY HELPFUL. The prices was so much lower than I had thought they would be. Great people to do business with.
