Farmers Insurance - Kenneth Spindler

Every year the staff can not explain the rate changes, and don't really seem interested in helping us. But then when we push them the come back with an answer. End up having to insist to talk to someone more knowledgeable in the office to get answers Vs their standard persons, as I want answers and not well I think so. Also Ken seems no where to be found when we try to elevate issues to him. It seems like they invent answers. This year again rate issues which contradict what we were told last year, it is as bad as dealing with the annual phone company bill. Also they made mistakes in the past and that should not happen with an insurance company, so we have to comb through our bill every year. Do not recommend this office due to their generic type of service and lack of knowledge. A

I've been doing business with Kenny Spindler insurance agency for years. can handle our car insurance, homeowners insurance boat insurance and life insurance. we also use Ken's wheelers insurance agency for our business insurance. He has a friendly staff, and they're always on your side when issues arise. unlike most insurance agencies they don't sign you up with a low rate and then bump you every year hoping that you neve look .when our customers need guidance as to where to go for an auto insurance we send them all to Kenny Spindler insurance agency.
