We used Melissa Maynard at Community insurance for our insurance needs over the past few years. She has been a wonderful help. Through purchasing our first home and figuring out the logistics of that, to bundling and lowering our premiums over the past few years. We have appreciated all of her assistance.

Gina is an absolute rock star. We've been with community insurance for years and every predicament we've ever had she is solved as if she had a wand. Because of Gina my grown son chose community for his insurance needs as well and again Gina's come through for him. On top of the great service we've always gotten great quotes and prices. I have been using Community Insurance Center for around three years so far. Melissa has always been amazingly quick to respond to my emails and update my insurance, as needed. Everyone else that I have interacted with has been professional, helpful, and friendly as well!

Unfortunately, customer service is not a priority for this team. I was referred to them, but every interaction I’ve had both as a customer and afterward to resolve issues has been disappointing. Calls were met with snickering, sarcasm, and a condescending tone, as though helping was a burden rather than part of a customer facing job. I prefer to spend my money with businesses that value professionalism, empathy, and genuinely care about their customers.
