Farmers Insurance - Ken Heninger

Ken and his team are caring compassionate and take the time to listen to everything I ask, and believe me I am a problem child full of questions lol. Nikki (spelling) has the biggest heart, showed such care for me when I lost my husband. This insurance company finds the best deals around unlike another company I won’t mention. Ken has a gold mine in his employee for sure! She is amazing! Just to ad a comment- I contacted USAA and they were quite higher than what Farmers offers. And they say they are for their Veterans! They didn’t even want to insure me so I went with another company that was not a good fit. Ken and his group are the very best. I never should have left them, but when my budget was so strained I THOUGHT I could find a better deal, what I found was no compassion. I look for

After multiple phone calls from this insurance agency, and chatting with the office secretary multiple times, while they are demanding, and requesting that I provide them with specific details of when and where their payment is? Of exactly where it is and exactly when the payment was drawn from my mortgage company. This is a very selfish way of conducting business in 2024! Demanding that your customers do all of the legwork preventing office staff from having to deal with being on hold with my mortgage company. Also, Requesting/demanding that your insurance customers do all of your legwork. I did go into their office to let them know that the payment was drawn and sent one week ago and was on its way. -I did let them know that they need to hire more people and I was immediately escorted

Nikkie is literally the most patient, understanding, and knowledgeable receptionist in the history of reception. I have an SR22 that I was forced to be on at 21 years old that I get to kick this year at 26. She and I have been through a lot and Ken cut me a break when he coyld and is never annoyed to answer a question.

I highly recommend this place!!!Ken is very nice man. He has always gone out of his way to help me out with best insurance deals possible. His secretary was very helpful recently I am very thankful!! Unfortunately I've moved out of state so I am no longer able to be insured by them.

Needed Homeowners Insurance on our Modular and felt this was a good deal for the coverage offered We took the Platinum package as it seemed to cover everything we needed including liability for neighbors in case of a incident. TY to Ken who took the time to explain what I was getting for my money .
