An American Family client ran down my neighbors fence with their vehicle and threw plastic fencing all over my truck scratching it. Now the driver that did this was from Eugene but this insurance company. They are trying to leave damage I show here. Plus others! This is not cool at all!
I went into American Family office and gave to Cole all my declaration sheets to get quotes for my auto, farm and umbrella policy's. I never heard a word back. Why would you spend the money on the big reader board coming into Ontario if you don't even follow up on in person office contacts? Not impressed.
I have called this office mean times and never have had my phone call returned. I called today and didnt get hold of a human being i am digusted with insurance companies
