I went with Farmers Insurance through Jaramillo Ins. Agency last October. Very reasonable rates and very polite staff. The issue I have with them is when it came time for the 6 month renewal. I had paid one lump sum on original sign up, but decided to go with the monthly installments instead of paying the renewal of $1459 one time. I called and spoke to Charlene and let her know what I wanted to do, and inquired how much of an increase it would be. Charlene told me it would be approximately $30 more. I asked how much the monthly premiums would be and was told 5 payments of $297.16, which totaled $1485.80. I told her to go ahead and process my request.
