Farmers Insurance - Joshua Chapman

Spent 12 years with this agency and through those years it was sold 3 times. Each time raising my premium. More recently I received a renewal request that raised my annual by more than $1500. That day, I found another provider and requested to cancel on the first of the upcoming month. They cancelled my policy a month previous to my request even though I had requested for the upcoming month which was only two days away resulting in a fee from my lender. I’ve reached out to my neighbors who also use Farmers and had them switch in light of these shady business practices.
