Farmers Insurance - Joseph Klein

If I had to summarize this insurance agency in three words it would be reliable, responsive and informative. I have been a customer of this agency for 15+ years, including through the transition of Joe Klein taking over for the agency built by Erik Granroth. I am sure like many others, I was skeptical of the transition because Erik is such an incredible guy and he ran such a wonderful business model where as a customer, I also felt like a friend. I am so thankful I chose Joe Klein as my insurance agent!
