American Insure-All

I have had my home & auto with American Insure-All forever. The customer service is second to none. They always return a call or an e-mail within an hour or so. They are also always willing to check rates with our carriers to make sure I have the best rate and coverage. Thank you American Insure-All.

Jan 2024 (personally been with American InsureAll since ~1996 & referred dozens of people to AiA), this Jan2024, a Burlington agent ,Ethan, was very helpful on running sets of numbers, explaining in friendly and easy to comprehend fashion. We will be recommending him to others In my DECADES having American Insurall work with me on various types insurance, You can expect to be met with a helpful staff who, when they may not know the asnwers to unique questions of coverage types, they ASK the companies offering policies or a more experienced Staff member.

After the way I was treated for two weeks I've decided to go somewhere else. You guys quoted me an extra $200 down payment (after I already paid $200). Plus $134 a month. which is insane seeing how I have good credit and zero marks on my driver's record. I found a much better price along with customer service with a different company. The only person who truly helped me was Don for the initial insurance. Everyone else gave me different answers and runarounds.

I highly recommend coming to American Insure All in Smokey Pointe. Natasha has been a great help. She takes her time and helps you find the best policy that suits you. Everytime I need new insurance I always come to her. And whenever I come here, I always feel she has me and family's best interest at heart. And that's what sets this agency apart from all of the rest.

Been going here for auto insurance and home owners insurance for years. When the marysville office first came about they were phenominal, very helpful and great customer service with the best prices in town. Recently my brother had quit going to them for his auto insurance saying their customer service was terrible. We continued to go there for our home owners insurance but recently had a issue arise with our insurance and Danielle treated us like we were incompetent. She came across very accusing and belittling. She was in no hurry to help us with our insurance needs and showed no interest in it either. To say the least, I am not impressed with their customer service.
