Farmers Insurance - John Edwards

I have called John a number of times with no return calls. Does he exist? My Farmers insurance was given to him by the company since my old agent left to go to another agency.

Floras Auto Sales is the company I work for. We have had the worst experience you can ever imagine with John Edwards. I first want to say that we still hope for the best for John and hope everything works out for him. But I cannot let the things that we have had to deal with slide without at least warning everyone else. I think John is a nice guy but completely unorganized. You can never get a hold of him on his cell and every time you call the office the secretary knows nothing but can only take a message. Even then John will hardly ever call us back. Also Instead of John staying on top of issues that we have had to deal with such as claims being submitted. We have had to babysit him every step of the way and remind him to follow up on things. Do not insure with them... I never recieved my insurance card as proof of coverage. They never returned my phone calls inquiring when my insurance expired. Only called me when my insurance was expired and wanted me to pay them more money to reinsure with them. They had my email address from 12 years ago as my current email. Only updated my contact info when I asked what my current contact information was in their system. Never sent me a quote to reinsure with them. They charged me an NSF fee with no returned call for an explanation. They sent the fee to collections.

Both times I called in to get quotes he took my information down and said he would work on it and call me back the next day. Then the second time I called in to follow up with him he said he couldn’t get into my quote and said he would call me back within a few minutes and never called back. So needless to say I wouldn’t recommend this insurance company to anyone. I just stayed with my current insurance company because at least they return my calls when they said they will and they actually follow through with things.

Great staff! Love the office, I trust them with all of my insurance needs!
