I just had my annual insurance renewal call with Arin. She was timely, friendly, and professional. I appreciate Gina cultivating a culture of service at her agency. Happy to have our life, home, and auto with CIP and Erie.

I have held insurance with this company for 7+ years. I have experienced multiple problems over the years. Originally Clevernger Insurance, now Community Insurance. A year ago, I was hit by a deer while the insurance company experienced national wide breach. I was forced to drive the wrecked vehicle that they later categorized as a "total loss", instead of supplying me with a rental. Unfortunately, after the breach was addressed the claims adjuster came out and categorized it a "total loss" and refused to back date the milage to the date of incident, regardless of police report and or recognize the 3 quotes from local shops. They refused to pay market value and or Kelly Blue Book value of the car. I was shorted $4,000 of value of the car, and nor was I refunded for the month of inconven
