Farmers Insurance - James Williams

I was helping my Dad with some roof damage from recent wind storms and reached out to Jim to start a claim. Fortunately, Jim knows his business and sent out his roofing contact instead. Turns out, it was the roofer who replaced their roof 3 years ago and that roof was still under warranty. Shingles replaced; no claim filed; no rate increase! Jim is more than an agent; he's like a friend who is looking out for you, offering his expertise as a resource. I am so grateful for Jim and the way he does business.

Working with Jim Williams on repairs from storm damage on my own home. I find Jim Williams to be very responsive to our needs and caring about our well being. Jim stayed in touch with us until the repairs were completed. I think you can not do better than having Jim Williams there when you need him.

As the wife of my Farmers agent, he added a high risk driver with 4 points and several speeding tickets on his license to our policy without consulting with me. I fear it will raise my rates. I have never been told when rates change by my agent. I was told by Jim Williams that if I did like it, I could take my business somewhere else. Way to go Farmers. bad name.
