I've been with State Farm and Kevin Pierce's office for 16 years, and I can't recommend them highly enough. The staff is consistently phenomenal. They not only help me find ways to save money, but they are also incredibly well-informed. The only question they couldn't answer for me was a specific auto claim issue, which, as expected, was handled by the claims department. They were also phenomenal. Having two auto claims at the same time is extremely confusing and stressful. Both the team in the office and the two separate claims departments were great at alleviating the stress while explaining that they pretty much take care of everything for me.
