Farmers Insurance - J Robert Atkins

Wonderful staff. Concerned about clients. My review is for this agency not the insurance company. These are good people that I'm glad I met, they have been beyond helpful.

This place has a great customer service that you can ever get ,i called them late almost the end of the day ,the receptionist lady was very nice ,then transferred me to Robert who was so helpful and spent almost an hour getting information, the office closed but he stayed there answering all my questions. Next day ,he sent me emails, updated and informations.then he called and spent one hour explaining all the details ,all the insurances terms, also terminology, what's everything mean and how to get the best . He is an awesome person and an agent, he didn't hesitate to answer and explain any thing. While I was shopping with another 4 different companies, they either want to send a link or an email and I have to fill in the blacks and they only answer the phone to tell me to download there

There have been a lot of things that of happened with my family since we began our journey with Robert Atkins at farmers insurance From the loss of a vehicle to a loss of a family member and Robert’s office has been with us every step of the way making sure that every process was done easily, professionally and in a manner that was caring and comforting to me and my family. Sheila is always so helpful, even with the multiple changes that we’ve had to make. And I am confident no matter what my situation that I had the best coverage for the best value available Robert and his staff not only have my business but my upmost confidence in their services.

Super personable people here. Extremely helpful. As a young adult first starting out in my life, they were very happy to 'hold my hand' through the process and give me really awesome rates. They met my personal needs and I'm happy I went with this agency. Not to mention, they are available to answer questions almost immediately. Makes me feel super secure in the choice I made when signing on with them.

Robert and his staff are very personable and knowledgeable. They have helped me consolidate other insurances and even have shown me ways to get multiple discounts 😁. Shelia is always prompt to respond and answered all of my questions. We are moving and they have preemptively gotten our information before our close date...can you day on the ball!
