I get a recorded message saying my policy is no longer with the initial agent that sold it to me and that Dick Tracy would be the new agent. I was given the option to have him contact me. He did. He said he said it was regarding a TransAmerican Policy for mortgage protection ins. even though I don't have a policy like that. I told him my policy with TransAmerican is life insurance for 2 million. Then, he admits he doesn't even know anything about the actual policy that he called me about. Then he yells and gets frustrated when I called him out for bothering me at work before he even gets his facts right. Then the A-hole hangs up on me. This guy is not exactly someone you probably want to trust with insuring your family or anything important to you.
